Pricing and Insurance
Embrace Health & Rehab accepts and is a "participating provider" with Medicare and most Medicare secondaries.
We are out-of-network with all other insurance providers.
This allows us to spend more time with our clients without their care being dictated by insurance companies.
Each visit is one hour, one-on-one with your therapist.
Superbills are provided after each session for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
HSA/FSA Payment Accepted
Each visit is $175
Physical Therapy visits are typically 55-60 minutes each and visits are scheduled once every 2-4 weeks or more frequently as needed
Visit Packages
4 Visits: $660 ($165/visit)
8 Visits: $1,280 ($160/visit)
12 Visits: $1,860 ($155/visit)
Packages are non-refundable and expire one year from purchase date
