Pricing and Insurance
We accept Medicare insurance and are considered Out Of Network with all other insurance companies.
This means that you pay for your service upfront using either cash, card or HSA (health savings account) and then you receive a "superbill" to submit to your insurance company.
This is easy to do!
The superbill will be emailed to you with all the needed information and you either mail or email it to your insurance company.
Your insurance company will then either apply your payment to your out of network deductible or directly reimbursed you, all based on your insurance plan.
Pricing per session: $150
Each session lasts up to one hour
Visits are usually scheduled once every 2-4 weeks depending on what works best for you and this will be discussed with your therapist during your first appointment.
We have availability Monday through Saturday and we welcome you to bring your kids if you do not have childcare available.
If you have questions about whether or not pelvic floor physical therapy is right for you, please email Dr. Christine Klein at
