What is pelvic floor physical therapy?
Â
Pelvic floor physical therapy is a specialized type of physical therapy that focuses on pelvic muscles, nerves, bones, and joints as well as how the rest of your body interacts with these structures to treat symptoms like urinary or fecal incontinence, urinary retention, pain (back, hip, sacroiliac, abdominal, pelvic), prolapse, constipation, diastasis recti, and more.
At Embrace Health we use a conservative, individualized and holistic approach to your healthcare.
What our clients are saying
"Dr. Christine Klein was recommended to me by my gynecologist and is very knowledgeable and experienced in pelvic floor problems. She has a way of making you feel at ease when discussing sensitive topics. She recommended several remedies for me on my first visit and they were all helpful. My chronic problem was quickly resolved and for that I am grateful. I highly recommend her."
62, pain with intercourse

I’ve been struggling with overactive bladder after childbirth for 5 years (passed various lab tests, computer scanning etc.) and was told by physician it’s normal till I met Christine Klein, Embrace Health and Rehab. That was a game changer! Right after the first session I saw results. She is not pushy, listens to you, sharing a lot of helpful tips, information and pelvic floor muscles exercises and just a pleasant person with bedside manners, loving jokes and fun. Time and money are worth it. I highly recommend Christine, she is a pro and quite experienced in pelvic floor therapy. It works, guys, and I’m back to my normal life thanks to Christine Klein!
 32, overactive bladder
I was seen by Dr. Webley and she was very knowledgeable about my condition. She took the time to listen to my issues and she took the time to explain what I need to do to treat my condition and explained it in a way that I can understand. I would definitely recommend seeing her for treatment.
70, overactive bladder

“I knew nothing about therapy for pelvic floor prolapse until I was referred to Embrace Health PT. Dr. Christine Klein is great at teaching about and explaining the issue and then walking you through exercises to help impede further prolapse. I was fascinated to learn all this and encouraged to know there are things to be done for aging systems. The lower back ache I had before starting this PT is now gone. Don't be hesitant to look into this therapy if you are wanting help. It's a very educational process, and Dr. Christine is very welcoming and comfortable to talk with. Thanks, doc! =)”
